have an MX350 Canon printer which is stuck in 5B00 .
The 5B00 error on a Canon MX350 indicates that the waste ink absorber is full, or the printer's internal counter has reached its limit. It requires entering service mode to reset the counter or cleaning/replacing the physical absorber pads.
I have cleaned the pads and now I need to reset the counter and have tried multiple times but no joy.
Is this something you can do if I bring the printer to your shop?
