I have an Auta handset at my apartment that will not operate the open door function. Communication works between the apartment and someone outside looking for access, but the unit will not buzz the person in from outside. The apartment is in a block of units with no other issues noted. I would like to have the handset inspected and replaced if required. Image attached of the handset.
