I have a traditional rotary clothesline at a property in Carlow and am looking for a modification to one of the metal handle assemblies. At present, the handle can swing and strike a nearby rendered wall. I am looking for a practical solution that prevents the handle of each line from reaching the wall whilst retaining full functionality of the clothesline, reducing noise and preserving the wall.
