    Suspended timber floor in hallway has rotted due to leak. Need it to be redone. The rest of the home is insulated concrete floor. Ideally replaced with insulated concrete. Plumbing may need to be re-routed as there is plumbing under the wooden floor. The old floor is mostly taken up. Just the joists remain.
